Located north of Downtown Tampa lies a little big town known as Land O’ Lakes. The area was originally settled by Seminoles and later in the 1880’s by a stagecoach relay station. As the success of the station grew little lumber and turpentine towns developed in the area. In the 1950’s all the little towns were condensed into the larger town known as Land O’ Lakes. Today the community is known for its rich history and modernized amenities.

The little big town is nothing far from an urban and modernized community. Enjoy many high quality restaurants, shops, and entertainment while soaking in the Florida sunshine. Visit Land O’ Lakes’ most popular venues such as the Plantation Palms Golf Club, Florida Estates Winery, or the Bay Area Water Sports for a relaxing day out.

Known for its close proximity, Land O’ Lakes residents have excess to many of Tampa’s most dazzling entertainment options such as The St. Pete Times Forum, Busch Gardens, Disney World, Universal Studios, and Sea World.

Land O’ Lakes is conveniently located near I-275, I-75, US 41, Suncoast Parkway, State Road 597, State Road 54, County Road 583, and Collier Parkway providing efficient travel to Downtown Tampa, Clearwater, St. Petersburg, and Orlando.
